One of my favorite holiday celebrations for sure! What better way to celebrate than reminiscing on the past year! This year has been on of the bests! I thought a good way to remember all of the things that happened is to make a list (lists are my fav) and that way I can look back on it.

* I made this blog in April and I’ve never EVER regretted it! I love it so much!!! (Speaking of this blog, I’m really excited to improve content and get myself out there. I cannot wait to see how the blog is in 2017)

* I left my university

* I’m now in cosmetology school and freaking love it. I can’t believe I didn’t know that this is what I wanted to do sooner. I always had an idea, but was always scared to go for it.

* I’ve been able to road trip and travel with my best friend.

* I got my life guarding certificate and I’m CPR certified.

* I made some really awesome friends.

* I visited my favorite city ever

* I’ve been fortunate enough to collaborate with some of the most amazing companies.

* I went to a concert with friends.

* Kyle and I started dating!

* I colored my hair and its the darkest I’ve ever had it. (Totally a big deal for me)

* Concurred my fear of riding roller coasters

* Went to the aquarium

* Got pulled over (so not proud of it. But it happened)

* Saw the prettiest sunset I’ve ever seen in my life.

* Met my best friend’s baby!!!!

* Had a photo shoot with a pineapple

* This summer was definitely the best summer I’ve ever had.

* And sooo much more that has made this year so great.

For Christmas, I got Kyle tickets to his favorite NBA team and they’re playing tonight so we’re off to the game! I’m wearing a sparkly gold dress to an NBA game and am super pumped about it. I mean, it’s New Year’s Eve. If someone has a problem with my overly sparkly face… it’s their problem 😂😂 I just wanted to take a second and be super cheesy and say thank you to everyone who reads the blog and to all of the wonderful people I’ve met and spoken to!!! You’ve made this year amazing! I’ve already made my 2017 resolution list which I don’t normally do. I normally just do the basic, “get fit”, but never really happens thing. But this year, low and behold, I made a list! No shocker there. I cannot wait to see what the New Year has to offer. I appreciate every single one of you reading! I hope you have a fun, safe, and exciting New Years! Here’s the New Year! I love you guys.

Ugh my stupid belt tag ūüôĀ just ignore it!😂

Here are a few pictures from the Brooklyn Bridge from about a month ago. This was the first time on it and it didn’t disappoint. Well, besides all of the people, it was super crowded. Surprisingly enough, I wasn’t embarrassed taking 400 photos on it, which is shocking. Last week the sick bug came into our home and took hold of everyone in the house. I couldn’t take enough vitamins to stop it, so, I got sick. ūüôĀ but I’m better now and I’m so so so excited for the holidays.

Have a happy Monday everyone and a great week! I’ll be binge watching Christmas movies all week!!

I think if I lived in NYC, this is the spot I would come to the most. That and Sheep’s Meadow. This is the first time I’ve been to the Top Of The Rock and it’s definitely my favorite view of New York City!! My favorite was being able to see Central Park with all of the changing leaves and how cool it is to have a huuuuge park in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world. ¬†Seeing the line go from skyscrapers and buildings to trees is probably the coolest thing to see. My other favorite part was just sitting in the window sills and checking out that view! I like the Top Of The Rock’s view better than the Empire State Building only because on the Top Of The Rock, you can actually see the Empire State Building. (is that a correct way to word that sentence? i don’t know… sorry if anyone is cringing at that sentence lol)

We only had about 30 minutes to actually go see everything because our flight was scheduled to leave a few hours afterwards¬†and we were running late and getting lost in the subway system. Just as I was getting the hang of it, we took the wrong train and the train wouldn’t stop so we were headed to the Yankee Stadium… we were suppose to head back down to Chelsea. Which if you’re not sure the distance, ¬†it’s about a 40 minute subway ride and car ride. and a 2 hour walk but I’m not crazy enough to¬†do that in booties. I, of course, start freaking out because I so did not want to miss the flight. So finally we get off on 95th street (or something like that) and we have to go back down 24 stops. We hop on a train, which we had no idea where it was going, and we ended up getting on the right train. I swear if I ever lived in NYC, I’d probably never get the subway system down. Thankfully, Google Maps is amazing!

I do want to take a minute and say that I absolutely love writing and editing my blog. I love how it is my own and I can do whatever I want on it. I just wanted to say thanks to whoever reads these. Not only is posting something¬†for me to personally to look back on, but I hope it is somewhat entertaining to “sort of” join in on my life. ¬†So whoever reads these posts, thank you so much!!!
